Crowns and bridges require two visits to our practice. The first appointment involves an evaluation and taking several highly accurate impressions of your teeth and mouth which are used to create your restoration. The tooth/teeth are prepared to accommodate for the restoration. A temporary restoration is placed while the new one is being prepared. During your next visit, your permanent restoration is fixed in the mouth.
